Close to Montezuma's Downtown, but far enough to only hear animals around. The waterfalls and Playa Grande can be reached in a 30 minute walk. Tambor Airport is also a convenient 30 minutes drive away.

The house's wide open spaces and windows allow you to see the ocean. With a sunrise view, the vegetation and visiting animals, your day cannot start better.

The house is located in a small hill. The area is very green and natural, and its easy to spot animals around. You may see howler and white face monkeys, pizotes, guatuzas, blue jays, zanates and others!

There are buses that run down to town every 2 hours. Also, a taxi from town costs about $5.

If you want to walk, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to town, and the views walking downhill are beautiful. If you want to walk back up, remember that the walk up is harder than the walk down.
