This ocean view house is located in the hills of Santa Teresa on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It was built with the intention to portray local rustic accents and wooden details in a modern and original setting.

The house was inspired by Caribbean style elevated homes which allow for great ventilation and lots of natural light. The central high ceiling Living Room is the main room of the house with a real feel of the Jungle. Surrounded by the tropical forest, the house has an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and Is the ideal place for those who love a mix of Jungle luxury and nature.

At night the fresh breeze allows for a comfortable open living experience. All bedrooms with en suite bathrooms have AC, to ensure maximum comfort.

The furniture around the house accommodates a max of 16 people at a time. The kitchen is very well equipped with all appliances needed to have the most fun for those who enjoy cooking and great dinner parties or simply day to day food.

A concierge lives within the premises and is available on request.

Breakfast is not included but could be prepared by the concierge every day on request.

Price per person goes from USD 8 to 12 approx.

Breakfast menu: Everything fresh, costa rican style, Natural juice, fruits, coffee or tea, eggs, gallo pinto (beans and rice) and bread or homemade tortillas.

Our guests have access to all common areas of the house at any giving time, parking lot, gardens, infinity pool, living areas, laundry and backyards are all open to guests at all times. The house also has a private beach parking area in a secluded part of town not far from the house, beach beds and hammocks are provided, you can ask about or secret spot at check-in if interested.

Our concierge Vicky, lives within the premises in a separate unit in the back of the house and she will make herself as available as requested, she can be fully present or just around when needed. She is a professional in her field so your privacy won't be compromised.

Full-Time maintenance staff is also available if needed.

Vicky will be available for anything needed such as information for transport, tours and local activities.

Santa Teresa is a small town, the main hub areas are closer to the main roads. Casa de la Luna is conveniently located a few minutes away on the hills to the north of the main town center called locally as the Golden Mile. The street is a quiet one with only a few houses around, but not immediate buildings close to the house.

4x4- 4WD vehicles are recommended to move around Costa Rica.

We can help you arrange any form of transportation from the airport to the house in Santa Teresa.

Pets are allowed in the house, but not inside the rooms or in the furniture or in the swimming pool.

We ask for well-behaved pets.
