For getting around in Punta del Este, this is a great location just a 10 min drive from "La Barra" and 15 min to "La Mansa".

We always go as a family with kids of 4 and 7. They spend their time biking on the side street. Very nice to walk around in the afternoons.

Being so close to the beach, allows you to just walk back every time you need to.

Guest have access to every part of the apartment and also to all the services the Condo Offers.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Surrounded by houses and Threes.

It is a very quiet location throughout the year. Visiting Friends have a good place to park on the street as well. There is a small kiosk that sells drinks, newspapers, wood and a few other things, just 90 feet away.

There are nice streets for walking, running and cycling.

Also the path that borders the Brava is super nice to walk at sunset hours.

Only 3 blocks away there is a tennis club that rents courts for those who want it.
